Pricing
As HPES is a small business, with minimal overheads, we are able to offer competitive rates for our three levels of service. See below for details. To discuss which level of service suits your needs best, please visit our contact page.
We off a 10% discount for new customers and 15% discount for registered charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations.
proofreading
For our basic proofreading service we charge £10 per 1000 words or part thereof. As this is the simplest service we offer, we can provide very quick completion times, which we will agree with you at the start of the project.
initial copy editing
For our initial copy editing service we charge £12 per 1000 words or part thereof. As this is a more complex service than our basic proofreading service, completion takes a little longer, but we will still provide a quick turnaround, which we will agree with you at the start of the project.
full copy editing
For our full copy editing service we charge £15 per 1000 words or part thereof. At this deepest level of copy editing there is likely to be considerable communication backwards and forwards during the project, so timescales will be extended. Nevertheless we will aim to complete the work as quickly as possible, and we will agree timescales with you at the start of the project.
